At the law firm of Hixson & Daniels, we're experienced trial lawyers.  We've been representing clients in Northwest Arkansas for over 25 years. We are licensed in all state and federal courts in Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma. We are comfortable in the courtroom in that we have litigated over 100 jury trials and many more nonjury trials. I began practicing law in 1982 with an insurance defense litigation law firm.  After 12 years, I joined P.A.M. Transportation Services, Inc., as its in-house general counsel.  During that period, I participated in multi-million dollar acquisitions, multi-million personal injury litigation and supervised the casualty claims, cargo claims and D.O.T. medical compliance departments.  After 10 years as in-house counsel, I left the corporate world and re-opened my private practice.  We now represent plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury cases, transportation law matters, commercial litigation and construction law.  In representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases, I offer the unique perspective from both the defense side and the plaintiff's side.  In trucking accidents and transportation law matters - there is no learning curve. I have litigated insurance claims, cargo claims and group medical insurance disputes.  I have significant experience with DOT medical examination and controlled substance programs.
